The best part was Tong, the host who runs the place single-handedly 24/7. Such a gem. The terrace had great city views and the location was perfect for easy access to all the tourist attractions.
I loved everything so much that I wish I had more time to stay at this amazing hostel. Just kidding, there was absolutely nothing to complain about.

I absolutely adored the beautiful decoration of this hotel. The traditional wooden architecture paired with modern upgrades created a lovely and cozy atmosphere. It was such a delight to experience the rich local culture and cute lanes in the neighborhood. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's general areas to be easily accessible and enjoyable to navigate.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is that the children working there could improve their English language skills. It would be helpful for communication purposes, especially for older guests like me.

Tong, the manager, is a 24/7 superhero running the place solo. Great terrace with city views. Convenient for Khaosan Road, Grand Palace, and more. Free Wi-Fi and TV. They even have a restaurant and offer laundry services. Cons: My only complaint is that my stay was too short!

I always come back to my favorite hostel in Bangkok. The staff once helped me find my forgotten things. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, a kettle, and outdoor dining. Will return for Easter!

I had a great stay at this hostel in Bangkok. The place itself was beautiful and super clean, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The beds were also extra wide and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect for exploring the old town and Khaosan road, with the canal nearby for a cheap boat ride into the city. There were also convenient amenities like three 7/11 stores and a street market right outside the hostel. The owner, Phantong, was amazing and made sure I had a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend this place to others. I had an excellent stay at La Moon.

I recently stayed at La Moon in Bangkok for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The manager, Thong, was incredibly hospitable, even sharing his food and introducing us to his culture. The daily market was a great place to grab breakfast, and I loved the unique four-bed dorm rooms with en suite bathrooms. The boho chic decor was clean and modern, and the staff were wonderful and helpful. I can't wait to come back.
Recommend this hotel.

Personally, we weren't big fans of the shared bathrooms. But hey, some people might actually enjoy the social aspect of it!

La Moon was the best place I've stayed in Bangkok. the staff, including the manager and owner, were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. the hostel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a great location that was close to the temples, the river, and Khao San Road. the rooms had mosquito nets and efficient air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the breakfast amenities and the owner buying Thai food for us to enjoy. La Moon is definitely worth the money and I will be staying there again in the future. Cons: Hard to think of anything. 😊.

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and within walking distance to popular areas. The facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Limited common areas and lack of transportation options beyond taxis and tuk-tuks. The distance from modern Bangkok could be inconvenient for some guests.
